Information we receive when you call

When you call (425) 592-3399, we receive your phone number and the details you choose to share, such as the address of the loss, what happened and when it started.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the person who answers and ask to end the call.

We use call details to understand the problem, send a restoration professional when one is available, give you an explanation of scope and price before work starts, and follow up on the call you made.

Who may receive your details

Restoration work is carried out by licensed and insured restoration professionals. To dispatch a crew, we share your name, phone number and the address of the loss with the professional assigned to your job.

We do not publish your details, and we do not use this site to collect payment card numbers or government identification numbers. Please do not read those out on a call unless you are paying a professional directly.

Website visits and cookies

This site does not ask you to create an account and does not use forms. We do not set advertising cookies from our own pages.
