Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website and our phone line. Last updated October 25, 2026.
Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The pages here explain water damage, mold and the restoration process in general terms. They are not engineering, legal, medical or insurance advice, and they cannot see your property.
Emergencies come first
If anyone is in danger, call 911. If you smell gas, see sparking or have water touching an electrical panel, leave the area and call 911 and your utility before you call us.
Our dispatch line is open 24 hours a day. Response times depend on crew availability, traffic, weather and the number of calls in progress, so we do not promise an arrival time.
Estimates and pricing
Scope and price are explained before work starts. Cost ranges and cost factors on this site describe what usually affects a bill. They are not quotes, and your final figure depends on what a crew finds on site.
Insurance
Whether your policy covers a loss is decided by your insurer under your policy. We can document the damage in writing, but we do not promise that a claim will be approved or state what an insurer will pay. Check your policy and ask your insurer.
Licensed and insured professionals
Work is carried out by licensed and insured restoration professionals. You may ask any professional who arrives for their registration details and verify them with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Links and third-party services
This site embeds Google Maps and loads Google Fonts. Those services are run by others and have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Limits of liability
The information on this site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bothell Water Damage Pros is not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on these pages instead of getting a professional assessment of your property.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Washington law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of King County, Washington, unless the law requires another venue.
